Ziyana Group is seeking a highly experienced Bid Strategist Leader to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our tender submission process. As a Bid Strategist Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of tender administrators in the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals. Your expertise will help us secure new business opportunities and drive growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of tender administrators in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive bid strategy to ensure successful tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop compelling commercial offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing bidding and tendering processes.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a bid strategist or tender lead role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful bids and proposals in the public and private sectors.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
