Main Job Function:

As a key member of the Global O&M Solar Technical Line, you will be part of the Technical Services - Predictive Maintenance Team. Your primary responsibility will be to support local Predictive Maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Operation and Maintenance Department parameters (operation, maintenance, availability, efficiency).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage predictive maintenance analysis results and interpret alarms generated by algorithms based on SCADA data.
  • Issue recommendations based on predictive techniques to Solar farms and collect feedback.
  • Support the implementation of predictive maintenance development global and local projects.
  • Collaborate with O&M Solar and other functions (DH, Innovation, etc.) as well as external third parties.
  • Develop and implement a sound SCADA Data Analysis process.
  • Draw up Operating Instructions and Technical Specifications for global sharing.
  • Guide digitalization processes in O&M, proposing and developing digital solutions to support the energy transition.
Requirements:
  • Electrical/Mechanical or ICT Engineer (ECSA Pr. Eng. or equivalent) or Technologist (ECSA Pr. Technologist)
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in electrical, ICT Utilities/Manufacturing maintenance industry, with a strong background in the energy sector, preferably in renewable (Solar)
  • At least 2 years of experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plants
  • Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/IT Engineering Degree or equivalent
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines, data analytics, communication, and automation networks, and rotating machines
  • Technical analysis and investigation, including root cause analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of SCADA Systems
  • Technical report writing
  • Knowledge of Windows Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
