Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience & Service
    • Provide warm welcomes, anticipate guest needs, and deliver tailored services to create lasting memories.
    • Monitor guest reviews and respond thoughtfully to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Oversee smooth check-in and check-out experiences, ensuring accuracy in reservations and room allocations.
    • Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing front desk area, showcasing the hotel's luxury standards.
  • Staff Management & Training
    • Hire, train, and supervise front desk agents and concierge staff to uphold high service standards.
    • Schedule shifts to ensure 24/7 front desk coverage and maintain a motivated team.
  • Coordination with Other Departments
    • Communicate guest preferences to housekeeping and F&B teams for personalized service.
    • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
