Liaison Officer for Customer Queries


This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers with escalated queries, analysing and resolving complex issues, and developing effective solutions to address customer concerns.


Responsibilities:



  • Receive and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse and resolve customer issues by determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with relevant stakeholders while upholding professionalism and quality.

Requirements:


Candidates should have:



  • A strong background in customer service and/or credit vetting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
