International Patient Care Manager

We are seeking an International Patient Care Manager to join our team at International SOS. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for managing medical assistance services to patients and clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical medicine and a minimum of 5 years of post-grad experience. A valid BLS/ACLS certification is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage medically related calls from patients/clients and provide expert medical advice
  2. Collect medical and logistical histories to provide case direction and due diligence
  3. Provide telephone medical assessments and consultations to patients, medical teams and clients worldwide
  4. Monitor treatment appropriateness and provide recommendations
  5. Organise and supervise medical assistance for clients, including obtaining medical reports and referrals
  6. Ensure case management with an understanding of occupational health and safety concepts

Criteria to Apply:

  • Full current registration to practice medicine/nursing in the Philippines
  • Minimum 5 years post-grad clinical medical experience
  • Valid BLS/ACLS certification
  • Emergency or ICU medical background preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Filipino and English
