Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to achieve hospital objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care by developing and implementing evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
