Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Storefront Cashier and Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences while ensuring efficient cash handling and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, setting a positive tone for interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing clear information and solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace around tills, guaranteeing seamless transactions.
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, verifying float amounts and replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of daily cash ups and associated paperwork according to company standards.
- Deliver accurate change and issue receipts to customers, resolving any discrepancies quickly.
- Collaborate closely with back of house colleagues to maintain a smooth-running front of house operation.
- Participate in regular cleaning tasks during quiet periods, including counter maintenance and sales analysis preparation.
- Notify the Admin Assistant/Manager for end-of-shift cash-ups, maintaining tight cash control.
Requirements:
