About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and motivate a team of maintenance professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe working environment and minimizing liabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess maintenance performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain optimal facility conditions.
