About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at AtripleA. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the group finance executive with monthly reconciliations, full creditors and bookkeeper functions up to balance sheet. This includes daily processing and/or reviewing of all cashbooks, preparing payments daily/weekly/monthly, bank reconciliation (weekly and monthly), and other reconciliations.

You will also be responsible for general ledger reconciliation, daily cashflow report preparation, daily checking and updating of exchange rates, and processing of all documentation according to company requirements. Additionally, you will need to reconcile creditors' accounts and follow up on any discrepancies, make timely payments to creditors, file all company documentation according to specified systems, and meet monthly deadlines.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in financial analysis and accounting, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily processing and/or reviewing of all cashbooks
  2. Full Creditors function (Local & Foreign) - Preparing payments daily/weekly/monthly
  3. Bank Reconciliation (Weekly and Monthly)
  4. General Ledger Reconciliation
  5. Daily cashflow report preparation
  6. Daily checking and updating of Exchange Rates
  7. Creditors Reconciliations and following up on account discrepancies
  8. Creditors' Payments - Local and Foreign
  9. Filing of all company documentation according to specified systems
  10. Meeting monthly deadlines

Requirements:

  1. Intermediate Excel skills
