Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our property management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication Expertise: Utilize clear and concise communication to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Experience & Skills: A professional looking to broaden their experience & knowledge within the property industry. Extensive experience and sound knowledge of the Sectional Title Scheme Management Act and Companies Act which governs HOA, and certification.
  • Administration Skills: A candidate that boasts strong administration skills and attention to detail; Experience as an Assistant to Property Portfolio Manager.
  • Website Management: Ensure that the websites of all complexes are updated monthly to reflect the latest documentation and information.
  • Audit Documentation: Ensure that all relevant documentation required for audits is uploaded to the KSI website.
  • Insurance Claims: Liaise with brokers for common property insurance claims, complete claim forms, obtain invoices and reports for incidents, and ensure that payments are allocated timely.
