  4. Payment and Collection: Process payments and collections, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of funds.
  5. Asset Management: Conduct thorough asset verification and reconciliation, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  6. Store Organisation: Maintain a well-organised store environment, ensuring easy access to goods and materials.
  7. Communication and Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration.
Education and Experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or relevant Financial/Business qualification

Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years' experience in a financial environment or as a bookkeeper/reconciliation/asset management professional.

Desired Experience: Previous experience in the financial department as a financial clerk; experience in a healthcare environment.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in SAP Accounting Software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with patient administration programmes on the AS400 system
