Job Description:

At Pro Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Village Manager. This is a critical position that requires strong leadership, management, and communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the village, including finances, staff management, marketing, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations: Oversee the efficient and effective running of the village operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Finances: Manage the village's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and businesses to the village, and to promote the village's services and amenities.
- Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of the village's assets, including buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
- Projects: Identify and implement new projects and initiatives to enhance the village's amenities, services, and overall quality of life.
- Compliances: Ensure that the village operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the village, including record-keeping, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- A valid grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of general management experience.
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar environment will be advantageous.
- Must be medically fit.
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS' LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT - (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
