Introduction

A leading Telecommunications company, People Dimension, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Associate to provide installation and technical support services to the company's installers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Assist installers in ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and provide first-line support for connectivity solutions.

Communication: Communicate effectively with installers and customers regarding installations and share installation information with internal departments.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot faulty equipment in a lab environment and communicate results.

Installation Planning: Plan installation dates and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.

Knowledge and Skills: Stay up-to-date with new solutions and products, and possess knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi technologies.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi technologies.
