We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our dynamic team at Community Clinic NWA. As a Behavioral Health Consultant, you will work collaboratively with primary care providers to deliver evidence-based interventions and support patients with complex needs.

About the Position
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and be licensed as an LCSW or LPC. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual (Spanish & English). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including automatic 5% contribution to employee retirement plan and 10 annual paid holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assess and manage patients presenting with medical and behavioral health concerns.
  2. Deliver immediate interventions when possible.
  3. Provide support for patients experiencing acute distress or suicidal ideation.
  4. Collaborate with PCPs to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  5. Manage behavioral aspects of chronic conditions.
  6. Develop and implement clinical pathways for conditions such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and substance use.
