Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice to clients on product offerings and applications.

Key duties include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve pre-set targets
  2. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  3. Providing technical support and guidance to clients on product usage and after-sales service
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Collaborating with senior management to provide critical customer feedback and insights
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant technical qualification, a strong understanding of speciality products, and a proven track record of success in sales and technical roles.

Additional requirements include:

  1. 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  2. Expert knowledge of speciality products and their applications
  3. Qualified SABI Irrigation designer
  4. Civil/Mech Engineering diploma
  5. Agronomy qualification
