Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and support clients as the primary technical point of contact.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of payment domains, including ISO8583 expertise.
- Utilize web technologies, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and SQL scripting to support clients.
- Develop strong troubleshooting skills and drive technical discussions effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions and provide technical suggestions.
- Analyse application error logs, exceptions, and stack traces to identify issues.
- Escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution.
