About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bounty Apparel as a skilled coordinator who will be responsible for managing the brand's inventory and purchasing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the brand manager to ensure that all inventory movements are planned and executed efficiently, maximizing order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branded apparel and footwear, with experience in demand planning, inventory management, and purchasing. They will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute seasonal and purchasing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels and demand/supply review to ensure On-Time-In-Full product availability
  • Coordinate the upload of purchase orders into the system, track all orders, and monitor due dates and delivery timelines

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience working in a Branded Apparel and Footwear environment performing a similar role
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
