About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Operations Specialist to provide support to the picking team by ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored within the Distribution Centre. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To maintain accurate records of stock movements and balances within the section to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date.
  2. To investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
  3. To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth running of the Distribution Centre, meeting all requirements and deadlines.
  4. To maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to statutory health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
