We are seeking an experienced SHEQ co-ordinator to oversee the development, implementation, and improvement of Safety, Health, and Quality initiatives within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current safety legislation and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. This includes planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Health and Safety as well as Quality strategies, policies, plans, and procedures.

This role is based in our Kempton Park office and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Safety, Health, and Quality policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to employees on Safety, Health, and Quality procedures
• Monitor and report on Safety, Health, and Quality metrics and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of organisational and time management skills
