The Role You'll Contribute

As a Cardiovascular Invasive Lab Specialist IV, you will play a vital role in our Cath Lab/Special Procedures department. Your expertise will be instrumental in performing a wide range of technical skills during cardiovascular, electrophysiology, or interventional radiology procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide an efficient, comfortable, and safe examination of all patients.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Perform angiography, preparation, assessment, documentation, and monitoring consistent with the policies, procedures, and processes of the Cardiovascular Services department and Hospital Administration.
  2. Adhere to the guidelines and standards of professional practice associations.
  3. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships.
  4. Follow CDC isolation guidelines, appropriately use PPE, and perform hand hygiene according to accepted standards of care.
  5. Verify orders and facilitate implementation, communicating with physicians as needed.
  6. Perform treatments and administer medications according to policy and training.
