  1. Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and timeline requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and testing teams.
  4. Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  5. Manage project risks and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  6. Ensure compliance with defence industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  7. Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  8. Lead project team meetings and ensure clear communication between team members, customers, and external partners.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the defence industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of defence industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and risk management.
