Job Title: Male Carer-Companion | Waterkloof, Pretoria

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to provide companionship and support to an 83-year-old male with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure medication adherence and assist with collecting medication and groceries
  • Accompany and transport the client as needed, providing attentive listening and companionship
  • Assist with cooking, light cleaning, and personal tasks (excluding bathing)
  • Ensure premises security and assist with locking doors
Requirements:
  • Mature individual (40+ years old)
  • Patient and flexible
  • Reside in the greater Pretoria area
  • Fluent in English and possess a valid driver's license
  • Healthy, non-smoking individual with a neat appearance

This is a 7-day role with the possibility of turning into a month-to-month agreement. You will be one of 4 companions/carers, working 12-hour shifts 24/7.
