  • Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on development practices and problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# and.NET development, strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, extensive experience writing complex SQL queries (MS SQL or SAP HANA SQL).
  • Experience: Experience in building RESTful APIs and web services, familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines, understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Qualifications
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in.NET development or SQL are an added advantage.
