Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage disputes and conflict between community members, site personnel and community leaders.
- Understand community culture and ethics to ensure appropriate conflict management skills are used.
- Manage CCMA, BIBC and BCCEI disputes and resolutions, including conflict between employees.
- Maintain constructive relationships with management, staff and external communities to facilitate project completion.
- Facilitate key meetings between stakeholders, community members and site personnel.
- Advise all employees on employment law, policies, procedures and processes.
- Matric Certificate
- Tertiary Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or Relevant qualification
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in both HR and Civil Engineering Industry
- Valid driver's license
