We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Care Advisor to join our team at Clicks Group Limited. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on beauty and skincare products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for beauty and skincare, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be confident in their ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and courteous.
  • Provide expert advice on beauty and skincare products, including product knowledge, ingredients, and usage.
  • Assist customers in selecting the best products and services that meet their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new launches, trends, and promotions.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Foster a positive and engaging store environment by being visible, approachable, and friendly.
  • Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Desirable: Experience within beauty / skincare / retail / FMCG environment / sales or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of selling principles, retail/FMCG background, and merchandising/promotions principles.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., beauty therapy, business administration).
  • A valid driver's license is advantageous but not required.
