About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the short-term insurance industry, with a proven track record of successful business development. A minimum of 3 years' experience in short term insurance advisory and sales services is required, as well as a NQF level 4 qualification together with a RE5 certificate.

Applicable Class of Business certification in short term insurance products and its relevant disciplines is also necessary. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of and proven experience in the marketing of short-term insurance products across the board.

  • They will also possess excellent presentation skills, be fully bi-lingual in English and Afrikaans, and have a strong sense of accountability, trustworthiness, and ethics.

Strong entrepreneurial skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build multi-level business relations are essential for success in this role. If you're tenacious, driven, and able to multi-task, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Expectations:

A valid driver's license, own reliable transport, and compliance with change-management abilities are essential. Strong experience in report writing and familiarity with MS Office programme are also required.

  • Solid experience and logistical knowledge of the Western Cape Province as business landscape is advantageous.
