About the Role:

WestLine Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Ford Master Technician to join their technical team at a leading automotive dealership in the Western Cape. As a key member, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a range of Ford vehicles and their systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough work preparation and fault diagnosis to ensure accurate repairs.
  • Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance to meet our Standards of Excellence.
  • Conduct final inspections and functional tests to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports for vehicle handover to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices to maintain our reputation.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: Trade Test/Red Seal Certification in a relevant field.
  • Specialization: Ford Master Technician Qualification (STARS ID required).
  • Experience: Prior experience with Ford vehicles is essential for success in this role.
  • License: Valid, unendorsed Driver's License.
  • Skills: Computer literacy, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of fault finding and diagnostic equipment.
  • Customer Orientation: Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
