Key Responsibilities
- Render high-level secretarial and administrative support services to senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification on the level of NQF level 5 or relevant higher tertiary qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in rendering secretarial/administrative support services to senior management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
