About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing ETL processes to extract and transform data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Engineering: Design and develop efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Business Intelligence: Support the delivery of BI and analytical products to business users by participating in Agile development pod activities, including Agile ceremonies.
  • Data Quality: Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
  • Architecture Development: Develop and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Responsible for technical testing services across the entire delivery lifecycle, including system integration testing, performance engineering, and unit testing.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in designing, developing, and testing ETL processes, batch and real-time processing, and extracting value and features from large-scale data and toolsets.
  • Technical Skills: Modern code development practices, experience working with SAP ERP and BW/4HANA (Frontend and Backend), relational and NoSQL data modeling approaches, and experience with at least one packaged ETL tool.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a working proficiency in English and any other European languages.
