Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. As a member of our sales team you will report directly to the sales manager handling individual sales inquiries.
  2. You will be responsible for following up on incoming leads including vehicle presentation recommendations reminders and follow-up of financing files.
  3. A key aspect of this role is deploying an effective commercial speech that enables you to present our vehicles in a relevant and compelling manner.
  4. You will manage our entire commercial approach from negotiation and signature to the sale of complementary products until the order is taken.
  5. You will contribute significantly to the growth of our new sales channel which digitizes the distribution of used vehicles.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
  • Mastery of office tools particularly G Suite.
  • Dynamic proactive and curious individual with great open-mindedness.
  • Able to work independently without supervision.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability to reassure persuade and close sales effectively.
  • Pleasure in taking on challenges with objectives viewed as targets to be exceeded.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills over the phone with an appetite for the automotive sector and a start-up mindset.
  • A desire to evolve according to your results with a remuneration package rewarding your performance.
