Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement bridge design and analysis strategies.
• Conduct thorough reviews of calculations and provide technical recommendations.
• Lead condition assessments and asset management initiatives for bridges and road structures.
• Provide guidance on rehabilitation and maintenance procedures.
• Prepare bills of quantities, contract documents, and specifications.
• Oversee project management and construction supervision efforts.
• Manage project budgets and administer contracts.
• Prepare and review technical reports and presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• BEng or BSc (Civil) Engineering degree (Masters preferred).
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng).
• 15 years of experience in consulting engineering with expertise in bridge engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SOFiSTiK, and Prokon.
• Experience working on SANRAL projects and understanding of SANRAL procedures.
