Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Cluster Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail partnerships, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and maintaining dealer compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans with retailers, aligning with key performance indicators and taking corrective action to ensure achievement.
  • Monitor progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Conduct regular calls with retailers, adhering to an agenda.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximise efficiency.
  • Provide market intelligence to management and serve as the primary point of contact for retailers on operational issues.
Requirements
  • Higher Certificate / National Diploma / Degree
  • Un-endorsed drivers license
  • 3-5 years experience in customer account management within the fuel or related industry
  • Intermediate computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with SHEQ and regulatory requirements in the fuel or related industry
  • Behavioural attributes include self-management, positive conflict resolution, organisational skills, commitment, honesty, communication, relationship building, customer service excellence, work ethic, training skills, enthusiasm, attention to detail, problem identification, adaptability, innovation, and ability to work under pressure
