About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned After Sales Workshop Manager to lead our team of technicians, sales representatives, and administrative staff in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of technicians, sales reps, and admin staff to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and queries, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Provide 2nd line support for diagnostic fault finding and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven management experience in a workshop or after sales environment.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and email.
  • Syspro experience is advantageous but not necessary.
