**Job Overview**

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing all activities related to production, ensuring sufficient and correct materials onsite for required production, while maintaining a safe working environment and compliance to OHS act.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure adherence and continuous compliance to all relevant standards – ISO, Food Safety ETC.
  • Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Efficient planning of factory ensuring maximum output.
  • Ensuring deliveries is done in accordance with procedures and standards – no exceptions.
  • Manage inter branch transfers/deliveries and orders received and dispatched.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary education in Logistical or Operational Management degree/diploma.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered – Recognition of prior learning.
  • Minimum NQF Level 7.
  • Business qualification would be beneficial.
  • Valid Code 8 drivers.
