Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Infrastructure and product Consultant who can take on a hybrid Infrastructure and product Consultancy role and mentor the team. You will be the technical escalation point for the team of Technical Consultants, reporting to the Head of Service Delivery.

You will have deep technical knowledge and experience in implementing and troubleshooting server, network, and application support/administration and implementing solutions, working closely with external customers, and advising on how to get full usage out of the systems and solutions provided. Team Mentor.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable putting their face around the business, have their voice heard, and bring ideas to the table.
