About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on various construction projects, coordinating with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing elemental cost estimates and tender documents
  • Evaluating tenders and negotiating with contractors
  • Managing contract instructions and variation orders during the construction phase
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress, measuring and valuing variations, and arranging interim payments
  • Site visits, liaison with site managers, and measurement of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts
