As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through the enhancement of logistics spend for each customer.

Your primary responsibilities will include attending designated training programs, fostering executive-level engagement with clients and stakeholders, implementing operational strategies for new business ventures, negotiating contracts, analyzing market data to maximize profits, developing tender proposals and presentations, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and account managers, designing business value propositions, applying consultative selling techniques, and monitoring and reporting on sales performance using CRM tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant sales diplomas or certifications, at least 3-5 years of experience in clearing and forwarding sales, specifically with air and ocean products, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in reefer/perishable products is highly valued. A sales diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary for this position.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to analyze market trends, and develop compelling proposals to drive revenue growth.
