- 2-3 years in a management role (Branch or Sales Manager) with experience in operations, sales, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP.
- Strong financial analysis and business acumen.
- Expertise in credit and loan assessment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Leadership and team management expertise.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
