About the JobThis role offers a unique opportunity to drive the brand image and product understanding on campus and in the region. You will be responsible for reaching new consumers, exciting university students, increasing sales, and managing the Red Bull brand on a student level.
Job DescriptionThe Student Marketeer is part of a global team that understands the target group and is responsible for creating and executing smart sales & marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.
Responsibilities:- Livens up the brand personality traits and company values through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
- Grows the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time.
- Builds and executes a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
- Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
- Drives the brand engagement on social media handles via authentic content.
- Works at Red Bull events and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
- Builts relationships with local sales account managers and ensures Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
- Collaborates with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within the university campus and beyond.
- Leverages relevant assets from the world of Red Bull in order to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts.
- Ensures perfect execution of defined store standards.
- Delivers executional excellence and shows love for the details in all areas of the role.
- Shares ideas and collaborates with the team through regular face-to-face and online interaction.
- Plans and reports activities via the dedicated online platform in a timely manner and with accuracy.
- Contributes to develop the media business by providing local insights, trends, and overall opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality. You should also be highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people in many occasions.
You should be immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hotspots. An entrepreneurial spirit, high sense of responsibility, and initiative are also essential.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £18,000-£22,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
