Business Development Representative

We're Wear The Shield, a leading organization that's pushing the boundaries in the E-Commerce industry. We're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to find and qualify potential leads.
You'll also collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies that resonate with our target audience. To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR roles.
- Proven expertise in phone-based outreach and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
