About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish strong partnerships with clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our management team to identify new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and build lasting relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

You will be working on:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish strong partnerships with clients.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and build lasting relationships with clients.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, marketing, sales, or related fields).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Licensing and related services: 1 year (required).
  • Business Development in Tech Fields: 1 year (required).
