Impact.com is revolutionizing the partnership management landscape, and we're seeking a talented Chief AI Modeling Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science squad, you'll play a crucial role in developing and fine-tuning AI models that drive business growth through influencer marketing activities.

About the Job

We're looking for an exceptional individual with a passion for machine learning and NLP. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and fine-tuning machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) specifically for targeted applications in digital marketing. You'll also analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends relevant to the partnership landscape, develop algorithms for discovering and recommending suitable creators, influencers, and affiliates based on brand requirements, product offerings, and market trends.

Your Expertise

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You possess working knowledge of Python and experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache MLlib, or Scikit-learn.
  • You have well-developed knowledge of machine learning generally, and deep learning specifically, as well as experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for textual analysis.
  • You're familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and have knowledge of SQL.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Big Data processing tech (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, Redshift, Hadoop).

  • You're an analytical problem-solver with exposure to modeling and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform decisions.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You're a team player who can work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • You're adaptable, willing to learn new skills and technologies, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • You have at least 2-4 years of experience in data-related individual contributor roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • An estimated annual salary of $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and location.
