About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our finance team at Boldr. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including updating posts in the accounting software, reconciling accounts regularly, and recording all cash receipts.
  • Distribute customer invoices to ensure that receivables are collected and payables are paid promptly.
  • Function as part of the company's finance team, providing support to management during audits or other busy times.
  • Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system, ensuring compliance with GAAP and basic accounting principles.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize check and petty cash vouchers, and send proof of payment to vendors.
  • Interact with vendors to resolve outstanding issues, and record and track payments in databases and accounting software.
  • Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner, and reconcile A/P to the G/L.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable reports, and maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • At a minimum, an associate's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy, and knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
  • Expert project management and organizational skills, and advanced computer skills and proficiency with financial management software such as Xero or Quickbooks.
