Garment Artisan

We are seeking an experienced Garment Artisan to join our team at Dynamic Outsourced Solutions. As a Garment Artisan, you will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing garments and other fabric articles according to customers' specifications.

• Accurately measure customers to ensure proper fit of garments.
• Ensure sewing machines and equipment are in good working order.
• Alter or repair customers' garments, including hemming, mending, lengthening, and taking in and letting out seams.
• Fitting garments on customers to determine how alterations should be done.
• Construct garments and other articles according to customers' specifications and preferences.
• Label customers' garments and articles, and record alterations required.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs and preferences.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sewing experience.
• Sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Ability to safely use different types of sewing machines.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
