We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant General. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our corporate services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including the movement of furniture and equipment.
- Conducting daily inspections of our premises to identify any defects or faults and reporting them to the facilities help desk.
- Monitoring and controlling the use of company assets and resources.
- Providing general administrative support to our corporate services department.
Requirements:
- ABET level 4 qualification.
- No experience required, but prior knowledge of facilities management would be beneficial.
