Our esteemed client takes pride in crafting delectable dishes using the finest ingredients, served with impeccable service standards. As the senior cake artisan, you will be responsible for:

• Baking exquisite cakes, pastries, tarts, cookies, muffins, croissants, and other sweet treats that exceed customer expectations
• Developing innovative recipes and menus that showcase your creativity and flair
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Managing inventory levels and costs effectively
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Icing cakes with precision, creativity, and perfection, showcasing your artistic skills

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A relevant qualification in pastry or baking (a significant advantage)
• No less than 3 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker, with a proven track record of excellence
• A creative flair and passion for baking, particularly in regards to cake decoration and icing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of R10,000 - R12,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. You will also enjoy working in a stunning location with breathtaking views, a supportive team environment, and a loyal customer base.
