About the Role

As a key member of the Network Finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and validating all invoices, generating debtor reports, and performing collections and reconciliations. You will also handle queries, prepare ad hoc reports, and conduct credit vetting. Your ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and validate all invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate debtor reports to track outstanding payments and identify potential issues.
  • Perform collections and reconciliations to resolve any discrepancies or outstanding amounts.
  • Handle queries from customers and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports to provide insights into financial performance and trends.
  • Conduct credit vetting to assess the creditworthiness of new customers.

The successful candidate will possess a BCom Accounting or similar qualification, with 2-3 years of experience in financial administration.
