Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Architectural Services. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our residential security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services and clients regarding security services rendered.
- Ensure timely posting of Security Officers.
- Evaluate service levels provided and make recommendations to clients for service improvement.
- Conduct continuous assessments of client premises and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Audit access registers daily and generate exception reports.
- Supervise security staff and address administrative queries promptly.
- Manage new business projects and ensure smooth handovers.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and investigate incidents.
- Attend meetings with management and clients.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent.
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
- No criminal record or pending cases.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum 2-3 years' residential/estate security experience.
- Staff management experience essential.
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills.
- Proximity to Centurion preferred.
