As a Quality Process Improvement Expert, you will play a vital role in enhancing our quality processes across production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company and industry standards, customer requirements, and regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will identify and resolve quality issues, determine the root causes of non-conformances, and participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve corrective action effectiveness.
- You will monitor product quality performance, supply chain KPIs, and process efficiencies, and collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to identify and mitigate risks.
- You will conduct internal and supplier audits to maintain quality standards, support customer certification processes and third-party audits, and ensure proper documentation, traceability, and control of quality records.
- You will perform product and service inspections, ensuring on-time releases per master scheduling, issue certificates of airworthiness, and contribute to meeting and exceeding customer expectations through proactive quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-10 years of experience in complex production environments, including international collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and civil aviation regulations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and supplier management.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle development, testing techniques, and measurement tools.
- Experience with supplier quality management, quality audits, and MRP systems.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
