VAT and Cash Flow Expert Job Description

The Accounts Payable Team Leader will be responsible for managing the organization's VAT compliance and cash flow forecasting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of VAT regulations from an accounts payable perspective and experience with foreign payments and South African Reserve Bank requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the organization's VAT compliance, including preparing and submitting VAT returns.
  • Conduct regular reviews of cash flow forecasts to ensure accurate projections.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have a completed finance degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory accounts payable role.
  • Sound understanding of VAT from an accounts payable perspective.
